Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of declaration declaring the notification of the 3rd respondent/special officer of the 4th respondent society in convening the Special General Meeting of the 4th respondent society issued vide News Paper "Daily Thanthi" dated 27.08.2012, is illegal and contrary to the provisions of section 32(3) and(4) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1963 .
