Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.16814 of 2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUMANI DORAISAMI, Advocate for the petitioner AND OF MR. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties undertaking to appear before the trial Court without waiting for summons, in the event of Crl.O.P.No.16814 of 2018 is dismissed. Thereafter, the

presence of the petitioner before the trial Court shall dispensed with.
