.. Respondents Both the writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to permit the petitioners to appear in the JEE Counselling 2021, by treating them on par with Indian citizens in the General Category.

ORDER

Today, when the matters are listed for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayers as sought for the in the writ petitions have become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudications. To that effect, she has also made an endorsement.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition Nos.22796 and 22800 of 2021 are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected WMP Nos.24019 and 24022 of 2021 are closed.
