This Petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the Respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders, imposed on the Petitioner/ Petitioner/Petitioner/Accused No.2 herein in the above Crl.MP.No.19838 of 2022 on 23.12.2022 in Crl.OP.No.25803 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022 on the file of this Court.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
