The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.21 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the file of the third respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.21 of 2024 is over and final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.415 of 2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the submissions of both sides, this Court is of the view that since the respondents-Police have already completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court, transfer of investigation from one agency to another would not arise and hence, this 2/4
