This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend two weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed in the order in Crl.M.P. No.3941 of 2023 dated 20.03.2023 in Crl.O.P. No.19701 of 2022 dated 24.08.2022.

2. This Court vide order dated 24.08.2022 in Crl.O.P. No.19701 of 2022, directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week, the same has not been complied with. Hence, the petitioner sought further extension of time by way of Crl.M.P. No.3941 of 2023. Further two weeks time was extended vide order dated 20.03.2023, the said order has also not been complied with by the petitioner. Now, the petitioner has came before this Court for further extension of time.
