(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been preferred by the petitioner, seeking issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's wife, G.Yesodha, aged about 21 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, it has been admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the first respondent, that a contempt notice was directed to be issued through the first respondent, by an order, dated 22.8.2016, on the petitioner, in the H.C.P.No.228 of 2016. Now, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor prayed for time to issue the contempt notice on the petitioner and to produce him before the Court.

In such circumstances, it is noted, from the records available before this Court, that the contempt notice had been served on the first respondent, on 9.9.2016. Therefore, it is for the first respondent to take necessary steps to locate the petitioner in the Habeas Corpus Petition, namely, S.Dinesh, son of
