2. Heard Mr.R.S.Pandiyaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. These writ petitions had been filed praying to quash the order passed by the third respondent in No.SE/DEDC/DGL/AO/R/A5/D.No.2225/2003 dated 18/6/2003 in respect of levy of Belated Payment Surcharge.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the issue involved in these writ petitions are covered in W.P.No.31671 of 2003 dated 23/4/2003.

5. Following the same, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
