(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that an inspection be carried out of both the property of the petitioner and the second respondent, the warring neighbours, to verify the position at site and if any unauthorized construction / obstruction in the form of a tree, etc., is found, to take action in accordance with law, especially keeping in mind the observations of the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.25297 of 2011 dated 03.11.2011. The inspection should be carried out within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of this order and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case, infirmities are found, action in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned, should be taken within a maximum period of two (2) months thereafter.
