4.

Crime No.6 of 2018 Crl.O.P.No.1 District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Valapadi 19.06.2018

2. It is seen that while granting bail to this petitioner, the Court had directed him to report before various Police Stations and Courts. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

3. Heard Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

4. The fact remains that the petitioner is alleged to have collected money from various persons on the promise of getting jobs and thereafter, neither got the jobs nor returned the monies. As rightly contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it will be very difficult if the petitioner is directed to sign before the various Police Stations and Courts.

5. Hence, this Court modifies the condition relating to reporting that has been passed by the above Courts to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, DCB, Salem at 10.30 a.m for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the mean time, if the other Police require the petitioner for interrogation, he may be directed to appear before them on a specified date and time, the petitioner shall accordingly appear before such Investigating Officer on summons. This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
