This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.8 of 2023 from the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner herein is the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.468 of 2024 seeking to quash the Crime No.8 of 2023. In Crl.O.P.No.468 of 2024, this Court directed the respondent-Police concerned to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.8 of 2023 further. Further, there is no ground made out for transfer of investigation.
