..Respondent/Official Trustee Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate direction to the respondent to consider Applicant's request made vide letter dated 19/08/2021, for letting out the vacant plot in S.No.157 and

158, at Kandhasami Nagar in Maduravoyal Village, Chennai, measuring an extent of 1216 sq.ft on rental/lease basis to the Applicant. This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

The applicant has filed the above application for a direction to consider his request for leasing out the vacant plot in S.Nos.157 and 158 at Kandhasami Nagar in Maduravoyal Village, Chennai, measuring an extent of 1216 sq.ft. on rental/lease basis, to him. 2.Admittedly, the applicant is a third party and therefore, he cannot seek for such prayer as against the learned AG & OT for leasing out the property to him. In the event of the learned AG & OT conducting any auction to lease out the property, it is open to the applicant to participate in the auction.
