Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue joint patta in favour of P.V. Venkatesan, S.V.Ramana, Padhamavathi Ramakrishna Rao and Nagarajan P in respect of the 1/4

property comprised in S.No.206 / 2A2 situated at Sri Shanmuga Nagar, No.1, Mannivakkam Village, Chengalpattu District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27/03/2025 within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 3rd respondent to issue joint patta in favour of P.V. Venkatesan, S.V.Ramana, Padhamavathi Ramakrishna Rao and Nagarajan P in respect of the property comprised in S.No.206 / 2A2 situated at Sri Shanmuga Nagar, No.1, Mannivakkam Village, Chengalpattu District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27/03/2025 within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct a detailed enquiry 2/4

on the petitioner's representation dated 27/03/2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
