This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7848 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 5.30pm for a period of four weeks.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
