Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MEENAKSHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 22.07.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7013 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9846 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 22.07.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the Kattur Police Station Crime Branch Coimbatore.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

5. Considering the facts the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crtl.M.P.No.7013 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9846 of 2021. this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
