A.Nos.6106 to 6108 of 2013 in C.S.No.149 of 2011 M.M.SUNDRESH,J., A.No.6106 of 2013 has been filed to condone the delay of 87 days in filing the application to bring the legal heirs of the first defendant.

2.A.No.6107 of 2013 has been filed to set aside the abatement against the first defendant in the above suit.

3.A.No.6108 of 2013 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 18 and 19 as defendants in the suit.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and since the applications are not opposed, the applications are allowed.

C.S.No.149 of 2011 M.M.SUNDRESH,J., Since the suit is for partition, the matter is referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to High Court, Madras for amicable settlement.

2.Post the matter before the Mediation Centre on 06.09.2016 at 10.30 am. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on that day.
