This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18260 of 2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Sathuvachari Police Station, twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
