This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 6(c) of the order dated 29.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10753 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) to the credit of Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, Erode, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the Court below.
