O R D E R

Alleging contempt of the order in W.P.No.7989 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025, this contempt petition has been initiated.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Mani, representing private respondents in the writ petition, pointed out that against the order dated 07.03.2025, an appeal was preferred to the Division Bench in W.A.No.2430 of 2025. The positive mandamus given in paragraph 7 had been modified by the Division Bench. The Division Bench had directed the 6th respondent to give notice to the writ petitioner and the private respondents and thereafter, take a suitable action in respect of removal of the piggery farms. In terms of the direction given by the Division Bench, the Block Development Officer, Thiruchengode, has passed an order on 22.10.2025.

3. A copy of the said order has been served on Ms.A.Pramila by Mr.M.Shahjahan. The same is recorded. Ms.A.Pramila represents that this order is not in compliance with law. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he can work out his 2/4

remedy before the appropriate forum.

4. As the order of the Division Bench has been complied with, this contempt petition stands closed.
