C.M.P.No. 15465 of 2022 in S.A. Sr. No. 90466 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J., The petition is filed to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The 2nd respondent though served has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

Mr. R.Ganesan has entered appearance on behalf of the 1st respondent today in S.R.No.37713/2023. He has no objection to the delay being condoned.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if otherwise in order. The Registry is also directed to print the name of the learned counsel at the time of admission.
