ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the claim

made by the petitioner was rejected through proceedings dated 03.02.2025. Copy of the proceedings was also produced before this Court. However, the learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not received any proceeding from the respondent. Hence, a copy of the same was handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the above development, by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law, this contempt petition is closed.
