ORDER
When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent/landlord is now 80 years old and is unable to take possession of the property immediately.
2. The petitioner appeared in person and submitted that he is taking earnest steps to shift his textile business to another premises and that he requires some more time to remove the machinery, furniture, and other articles from the premises.
3. Considering the above submissions, this Court is inclined to grant a final extension of three months time to the petitioner to vacate and hand over vacant possession of the premises to the respondent.
4. Accordingly, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, granting the petitioner a final extension of three months from the date of this order, subject to the terms and conditions already imposed by this Court in C.R.P. No. 3750 of 2025.
