No.06/R1PS/2023 dated 17.07.2024 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondent to grant permission to conduct cultural programme on 25.07.2024 from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. at Sri Mahamariamman Amman Temple situated at Kaduvetti Village, Padanilai Post, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District.
