This contempt petition has been filed to punish the Respondent herein for non-compliance and willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No. 6423 of 2025 dated 06.03.2025 Under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted that relevant entries were made in the encumbrance certificate and a letter dated 08.07.2025 is placed before this Court in that regard.
