ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19815 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19815 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025 is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police weekly once i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders". The other conditions remain unaltered.
4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 01-07-2026 ep To:- 1.The Inspector of Police, NIB CID - Salem Police station, Salem District. 2.The Public Prosecutor High Court of Madras.
