Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the charge sheet issued to the petitioner by the 3rd respondent in proceedings Na.J3-37510-2010 dated 29.10.2015 and quash the same and for a consequential direction directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as BT Matron from the date of acquiring the B.Ed., qualification with all attendant benefits.
