Crl.M.P.No.11150 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10632 of 2024 P.DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner to grant extension of time to execute the sureties imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10632 of dated 29.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that due to arrange the sureties, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties in time, this Court is inclined to extend the time to execute the sureties.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and further time is extended for one month from today to execute the sureties imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10632 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024 and no further time will be granted.
