ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) The present miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 189 days in filing the review application.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition.

3.Since the petitioners are not parties and the review application is filed after getting leave, this Court finds merit in this petition.

4.Since the reasons have been stated to the satisfaction of this Court, the petition seeking condonation of delay of 189 days in filing the review application is ordered.
