The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.713 of 2024 dated 13.06.2024 in Cr.No.223 of 2024 on the condition that the petitioners shall report and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Further, charge sheet has been filed in this case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every hearings. This petition is ordered.
