O R D E R

Considering the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows:- To direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents for not to issue 2/5

any new E.B connections without getting proper sale documents and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to cancel the already issued E.B. connections by way of Form No.6 in 33/11 KV, Raja Pillai Thottam area at Usman Road & T.Nagar/ South Sub Division.

3. In my considered opinion such a prayer cannot be granted since the petitioner has no right to object to the service connection being granted to another person in respect of the property which the petitioner has no interest and according to the petitioner there are some dipute regarding title.

4. Therefore, the mandamus sought for cannot be granted. Hence, the writ petition fails and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed. 08.09.2022 dsa Index : No Internet : Yes Speaking order 3/5
