ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 15.04.2025 in Crl.OP.No.10995 of 2025 that Para No.6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
