ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to forward the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2022 along with the proposals to the first respondent, which was given seeking for the re-fixation of pay/pension and for the payment of pensionary benefits in accordance with the G.O.Ms.No.23 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 12.01.2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent, if the claim made by the petitioner is not available with the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date

of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to forward the request made by the petitioner seeking re-fixation of pay/pension and for the payment of pensionary benefits in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.23 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 12.01.2011 to the first respondent, within a period of four weeks thereafter, if the petitioner is eligible.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
