PRAYER :This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other writ or order in the nature of writ call for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 05.06.2025 in D.O.No.26/2025, C2 against the petitioner's Husband namely kamalakannan, Male aged 35 years, S/o. Varadan, who is confined at Central prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Hon'ble court and set him at liberty.
