This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with Crime No.11/2015 dated 13.01.2015 on the file of the Special Sub Inspector of Police, Manalurpet, Villupuram District and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.11 of 2015, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur and the same was also taken on file as CC No.459 of 2016.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.11/2015, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
