ORDER

The petitioner challenged the sale deed executed by the 2nd respondent dated 25.01.2007 in favour of the 3rd respondent before the 5th respondent. It is pending without passing any orders.

2. Considering the same, the 5th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the 2nd and 3rd respondents and counter parties, if any within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
