Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SRIMATHI V, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner/appellant is the plaintiff in the suit. The petitioner/appellant has filed the above miscellaneous petition seeking to stay the operation of the judgment and decree in OS.No.168/2019 dated 22.06.2021 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Puducherry.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner/appellant has filed the suit for specific performance and aggrieved by the judgment and decree dismissing the suit for specific performance, the above appeal is preferred.
3.In such circumstances, there is no question of stay of operation of the judgment and decree.
