This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18175 of 2022 on 04.08.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. for a period of four weeks.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
