ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl. M.P. No.744 of 2025 dated 11.12.2025 directing the Petitioner to two sureties for a sum of Rs.20,000/- each for executing bail bond.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruvarur vide order passed in Crl. M.P. No.744 of 2025 dated 11.12.2025 on the condition to produce two sureties for Rs.20,000/- each to execute bail bond. The petitioner belongs to a poor family and hence he was unable to execute sureties immediately and hence prays to modify the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police has strongly objected for modification stating that the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order passed in Crl. M.P. No.744 of 2025 dated 11.12.2025 and also he has 50 previous cases.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not complied the condition and upon the fact that the petitioner has 50 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 22-06-2026 MJS
