This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the respondent to the order passed by this on 06.02.2018 in W.P.No.9451 of 2017, which was confirmed in W.A.No.1778 of 2018.

2. Mr.J.Kumaran, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) now makes a statement that the reference directed to be made under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, has been made in compliance with the order of the Court in W.P.No.9451 of 2017, before the learned III Additional District Judge, Puducherry and the same is now taken on file in LAOP.No.1 of 2020. The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) is recorded.
