2.Heard Mr.Saravana Sowmiyan, learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents.

3.Having regard to the fact that the legal representatives of the deceased 6th respondent has to be brought on record, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Post the main Second Appeal on 12.01.2024.
