Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in its "Common Admission Prospectus to Undergraduate Professional Courses (NEET based) in the U.T. of Puducherry in October, 2020 - Information Brochure 2020-21" dated October, 2020, quash the same insofar as it provides the Fee Structure for UG (MBBS) course in the petitioner Institution and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to finalize the Fee Structure to be paid by students admitted into the MBBS course in the petitioner Institution for the Academic year 2020-21 before the counselling process is commenced.

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the cause did not exists. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the charge fixed by the Fee Committee. It is needless to state that if any grievances exist it for the petitioner to challenge the same before the Competent Court.

2. With these observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
