O R D E R

Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of HMOP.No.505 of 2015 from the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee and to transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Pattukottai.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent/husband has filed HMOP.No.505 of 2015 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee seeking restitution of conjugal rights. Submitting that petitioner/wife is residing at Pattukottai, the children are studying in VII and VI standard respectively, she has to take of her children and her parents and hence, she finds it difficult to travel from Pattukottai to Poonamallee to attend the hearing, learned counsel prays for transfer.

3. Learned counsel for respondent submits that the respondent is residing at Chennai and the transfer of HMOP.No.505 of 2015 would cause the respondent grave inconvenience.

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transfer of HMOP.No.505 of 2015 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee to the file of Sub Court, Pattukottai. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
