This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records in C.C.No.209/2009 on the file the Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam and to quash the same.

2. On 17/2/2016, this Court has called for the report from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam, as to the stage of the proceedings in C.C.No.209 of 2009 pending on its file.

3. Vide reply dated 15/3/2016, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam, has submitted a report stating that the said case was disposed of on 2/1/2014 and the accused namely Periyasamy, S/o.
