This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.06.2018 in CSR.No.705 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-State.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.
