O R D E R

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 27.06.2017 directed the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that, now the District Collector had passed the order dated 26.11.2019 rejecting the petitioner's representation. He has also produced the copy of the order.

3. Considering the fact that, the order passed by this Court in W.P. 16025 of 2017 has been complied with, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed. However, if the 2/3

petitioner is having any grievance over the order passed by the 1st respondent, he can very well challenge the same in the manner known to law.
