This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 12394 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders'.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no ground to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12394 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
