ORDER

The revision petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of O.S.No.38 of 2023 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 27.06.2025, the learned District Munsif

cum Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, (FAC) Krishnagiri District has, by letter in D.No. 949 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025, requested for a period of three months to dispose of the suit.

3. Considering the reasonable request made by the learned Judge, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The learned District Munsif Judge, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri District is directed to dispose of O.S. No. 38 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
