This petition has been filed to amend the Sections as u/s 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 427 & 506(ii) of IPC instead of u/s 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 425 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.12626 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Petitioners are directed to surrender within a period of one week from today.

4. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the petition and issue fresh order copy.
