ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first Respondent Police to transfer the investigation in Crime No.248 of 2021 pending on the file of the second Respondent Police to the Inspector of Police, Vellore North Police Station, Vellore District.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking investigation by different Agency.

3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation was completed and final report has been laid before the Court of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I,

Vellore, but the same had not been taken on file.

4. When the investigation was completed and the final report had been laid before the Court of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore, it is for the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore, to take cognizance of the same. Since the investigation had been completed, this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore, is directed to pass appropriate orders. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the final report already filed by the Investigation Officer, the Petitioner can file appropriate petition before the Learned Judicial Magistrate seeking further investigation. In such cases the Learned Judicial Magistrate after conducting enquiry may pass appropriate orders.
