O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this present writ petition for a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.06.2013, on merits and according to procedures of law by placing him in a suitable post.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner, who had enrolled himself before the third respondent on 07.08.1987 with Reg.No.X0115SF, had made a representation on 19.06.2013 to the second respondent requesting to issue call letter. Since the said representation was not considered sofar, the present writ petition was filed with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Considering the limited scope of the matter and without going into the merits of the claim made in the representation 19.06.2013, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2013, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
